About Miami Beach
Miami Beach is South Florida's most internationally recognized brand — seven miles of barrier-island real estate split into three distinct zones: South Beach (Art Deco, nightlife, tourism), Mid-Beach (resort hotels, older luxury condos, the Fontainebleau), and North Beach (quieter, more residential, emerging).
Inventory is extraordinarily diverse: Art Deco condos in South Beach, waterfront estates on Star, Palm, and Hibiscus Islands, luxury high-rises at the Faena District and Continuum, and more modest condos in Mid-Beach. This diversity supports buyers from $300K studios to $50M+ waterfront estates.
The city is the cultural capital of the region — Art Basel, Miami Swim Week, and global arts programming — but it also has a dense year-round residential population and its own school system (Miami Beach Senior High, Nautilus Middle).
